1. Who provides the service, and acceptance
The service is provided by an individual acting in a personal capacity. Provider name: Barış Görgün (individual). The provider can be contacted by email only; no postal address is published.

The service is aimed at Türkiye and European Union countries; the United States and Canada are outside its scope.
By using the product you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the product.
2. The service
The product needs no registration, account creation or sign-in; the app automatically creates an anonymous identifier when first opened. The product also includes purchase and subscription functions and user-generated content and messages.
The product is intended for parents; the data is entered by the parent, and the product is not directed at children.
3. User content, forum and acceptable use
Users can post text in the forum and write text in the chat; no images or other media can be uploaded.
Forum content: you are responsible for the content you post in the forum. You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in the app only; the licence ends when the content is deleted. Forum content is removed from publication once it is deleted.
Reporting, blocking and automated review: You can report content and block users in the forum. Content is checked automatically on the server before it appears; content that is not approved is not shown to other users.

If you breach these terms or the Community Rules, your access to the forum or to features may be suspended or terminated (see section 6).
4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
The product includes purchase and subscription functions.
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Four plans are offered: weekly, monthly, 6-monthly and annual; prices are shown in the store on the purchase screen. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. Mandatory withdrawal rights of EU consumers remain unaffected.
5. AI-generated content and health information
Recipes and chatbot replies are AI-generated content produced with Google Gemini and may contain errors. Please check the accuracy of this content yourself before relying on it.
Health notice: the growth, vaccination, teething and nutrition guidance in the product is general information and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before making decisions about your child's health.
6. Liability, termination, governing law and courts
Liability: the provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; the content of the product is not medical advice.
Termination: the app has no feature for deleting your data; you can request deletion by e-mail to [email protected]. Because your data is tied to a random anonymous identifier that is not shown in the app, we may not be able to tell from an e-mailed request which records are yours, and we may ask you for additional information to identify them. In case of a breach, your access to the forum or to features may be suspended or terminated.
The governing law is the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and the right to bring claims before the consumer courts or consumer arbitration committees at their place of residence.
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
7. Changes to the terms and effective date
We may change these terms from time to time. Changes are published on our website; material changes are announced in the app.
